A lovely family based in Maldon, Essex is looking for a Full time Nanny-Housekeeper to help in looking after their three school-aged children while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. A driver is required for this position, and the candidate should be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles. They have a cat and planning to get a dog so someone pet-friendly would be ideal but is not a must.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, approximately 36 hours per week

Duties include:

• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
• Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
• Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and replacing linens as needed
• Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Cook and prepare meals for the children

The family is seeking someone who can start in mid-August 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
