Driver Nanny for after-school hours

A Driver Nanny is needed by a lovely family based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire to help supervise their charming school-aged child for after-school hours. An ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills and who is ready to take the lead with the duties related to them. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for their child. The ideal nanny must be a driver who owns a car and holds a full driving license. Someone who speaks French would be a bonus but they are open to any language. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am then from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, School holidays will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am then from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, around 15 to 20 hours per week

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the child
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the child
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the child’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the child
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the child to parks and playgrounds
• preparing for bed and reading them stories
