Family seeks for part-time Nanny-Housekeeper

A family located in Wanstead, London seeks a part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to supervise their two affectionate school-aged children in a permanent role. They ideally need someone organised and hardworking who takes the initiative with all general housekeeping duties. The nanny housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family. The role involves helping the children with homework as well. Someone who knows to drive would be a bonus but is not an absolute requirement. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Wednesday and Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm, Tuesday and Thursday either split shift or 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, around 31 hours per week

Duties include:

• Helping with homework
• Implementing daily routines
• Responsible for the safety, well-being, care, and development of the child
• Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Tidying up children’s bedrooms and play areas
• Playing with the children and taking them to the park
• Cooking and preparing meals for the family
• Vacuuming the carpets
• Sort, wash, load and unload laundry
• Makeup beds and change linens
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen
• Ironing and laundry
