Family seeks for part-time Nanny-Housekeeper

A family in Slough seeks a part-time nanny housekeeper to look after their school-aged child and their baby on the way. They particularly need someone energetic, organised, and reliable who can take the initiative in all general housekeeping tasks. Cooking healthy meals for the family is needed sometimes as well. This role will be mainly focused on housekeeping for the first 6 months and more childcare duties when the parents get back to work. A nanny housekeeper who can drive would be a bonus but is not a must. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm, with flexibility

Duties include:

• supervising homework
• preparing meals for the children
• helping with bath and bedtime routine
• wiping down the kitchen surfaces and cooking utensils after use
• organising the laundry and ironing
• vacuuming
• mopping
• dusting
• polishing
• running errands and doing groceries
• changing the bedsheets
• taking the children to activities and playdates
• making sure bedroom and bathroom are clean
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising milk bottles

The Slough household is looking for someone who can start this September.
