Flexible Nanny for full-time role, Job ID J1945E

A Full-time Nanny is needed by this lovely family in Islington, London to help them in looking after their baby due in March 2025 and a school-aged child. They are looking for someone energetic and bubbly who takes initiative with all childcare duties. An ideal candidate will be someone warm, have experience with newborn babies. The family has a dog so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role. They are also open to hiring a Part-time Nanny or After-school Nanny candidates.

Big preference for Mandarin speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm for full time, approximately 55 hours per week or from Monday to Thursday from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Friday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, approximately 29 hours per week for part time

Duties include:

• changing nappies for the baby
• washing and bathing their child
• responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the child
• playing with the children and taking them to the park
• reading to and playing with the children
• helping with homework
• implementing daily routines
• tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
• maintaining a clean family home
• washing clothes and unloading the laundry and organising clothes for the child
• providing healthy meals and snacks for the family

The family are looking for someone who can start in April 2025 if full time and on the 6th of January 2025 if part time.
