French speaking Afterschool Nanny

French-speaking Afterschool Nanny is needed in Kensington, London to look after a baby and two school-aged children. The family would need someone Monday to Friday approximately 25 hours per week with some flexibility. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Someone who speaks French would be ideal to help the children learn how to communicate well using the language but the family is also open for someone who speaks German. This is a sole charge role so someone who has childcare experience is essential.

The duties for this position will include

• sterilising bottles,
• changing nappies,
• nurturing the milestones of a baby’s first year
• taking the children out to the park and for walks,
• and attending baby groups for the little one,
• helping the older children with homework,
• playing with the children,
• doing pickups,
• preparing healthy meals and snacks,
• helping them with bath and bedtime routine

The Nanny will need to do some light childcare housekeeping duties such as

• cleaning up after the meals,
• and ensuring the house is kept tidy.
