French-speaking Live-in Au Pair, Job ID J1EB9C

A lovely family, based in Oakham, is looking for a permanent, part-time Au Pair on a live-in basis. The family currently has a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old and is expecting twins in March. The Au Pair will primarily look after the two older children. The ideal candidate will be someone kind, friendly, engaging and energetic. Someone fluent in French will be highly preferred. A driver is not required but is a bonus.

Accommodation: Private bedroom with ensuite

Working hours: Up to 25 hours a week with some weekend flexibility

Duties include:

• Maintaining proper hygiene for the children
• Getting the children ready for school and nursery
• Preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children
• Engaging the children in play and age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging early literacy for the children
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development

The family is looking for someone to start in January 2026.
