A high-profile family based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced, hands-on French-speaking Live-in International Nanny to care for their 1-year-old son. The role is available to start ASAP and offers an excellent opportunity for a long-term candidate to become a trusted part of the family.

The ideal candidate must be a native or fluent French speaker with proven toddler-care experience. The family is looking for a warm, nurturing, organised, proactive, and adaptable nanny who genuinely enjoys hands-on childcare. The successful candidate will naturally introduce French through everyday conversation, reading, singing, and play rather than following a formal teaching approach.

The nanny will manage the child's daily nursery routine, including bathing, dressing, meals, changing, developmental activities, and maintaining tidy play areas. The family has a dedicated sensory and nursery space, which the nanny will use with the child several times per week.

The role involves working alongside a fully staffed household, including nanny assistants, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and night nurses. The family is also expecting another baby, who will have her own English-speaking nanny, so a cooperative and team-focused approach is essential.

Working hours: 12 days on / 6 days off, with one day off per week. When travelling internationally, the nanny may be required to work 7 days per week, with additional days and hours paid separately.

Duties include:

• providing full-time care for a 1-year-old child
• managing the child's daily nursery routine
• assisting with changing, bathing, dressing, and meals
• maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• keeping the child's bedroom and play areas clean and organised
• introducing French naturally through conversation, reading, singing, and play
• organising engaging and age-appropriate activities
• using the family's dedicated sensory and nursery space 2 to 3 times per week
• supporting the child's development through play-based learning
• maintaining consistent routines while adapting to the family's schedule
• working collaboratively with the wider household staff
• accompanying the family on international travel
• providing flexible and hands-on support during busy periods

The family is seeking someone who is easygoing, patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Impeccable personal presentation and high standards of personal hygiene are also essential.

The successful candidate will be provided with private bedroom and bathroom accommodation within the palace.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
