Full-Time House Manager / Housekeeper in Paris, France, Job ID J22858

A family dividing their time between France and Saudi Arabia—spending approximately six months of the year at their Paris residence—is seeking an experienced, fluent French-speaking House Manager / Housekeeper. The family's time in Paris is split across multiple visits throughout the year due to frequent travel between their two homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private estate management, exceptional organisational skills, and high standards of presentation to oversee their spacious Paris apartment (comprising 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen).

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 16:00 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) when the family is in residence in Paris, with reduced hours when the family is away traveling.

Duties include:

• overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the Paris household
• managing and coordinating household staff, including the driver, nanny, and housekeeper, ensuring clear communication and efficient daily operations
• maintaining the residence to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• managing laundry, ironing, and fine household linens
• ordering groceries, flowers, toiletries, and household supplies
• arranging personal and household appointments
• preparing and setting breakfast and the dining table
• cleaning and polishing silverware
• caring for fine household belongings, furniture, and valuable items

The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible (ASAP).
