Full-time Housekeeper, asap, Job ID J21651

This family, based in South Kensington in London, is looking for two exceptional, highly experienced Full-time Housekeeper or Domestic Couple / House manager. Because the household is fully staffed with full nanny coverage, the family is entirely open to hiring either an established professional domestic couple or two outstanding individual candidates who can form a dynamic partnership on the job. Both individuals must be true all-rounders who possess excellent communication skills, work seamlessly as a team, and can fluidly split and share the comprehensive household duties including meticulous housekeeping, high-level healthy cooking, chauffeuring, and dedicated pet care to ensure the home is kept to an exceptionally high standard at all times. A driver is required.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 20:00

Duties include:

• Dealing with grocery shopping and maintaining receipts
• Placing orders for kitchen and utility supplies, and also lamps for house lighting
• Keeping kitchen pots, pans and work surfaces clean and in good condition
• Ensuring the refrigerator is clean and out-of-date items are discarded
• Tidying and cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Organising window cleaners
• Some washing and ironing of laundry & hand washing delicate items (though much goes to laundry and dry cleaners who collect)
• Answering the door
• Keeping patios, pathways and steps clean and tidy
• Watering household plants
• Dealing with tradesmen, suppliers and contractors when the client gives instructions to
• Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Clearing away, tidying and cleaning the kitchen and rooms where food is eaten
