Full-time Housekeeper

An energetic Full-time Housekeeper is needed by a family based in Andover to manage their home to a high standard of cleanliness. Families are away most of the time so the role is not that challenging as most of the rooms are not in use. Someone who knows to drive would be a bonus but this is not a must. All general housekeeping duties will be expected.

The Andover resident has 3 dogs and 2 cats so someone comfortable around animals would be ideal.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Duties include:

• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors
• running errands such as post office, light shopping, and dry cleaning

A Full-time Housekeeper must be willing to start this November.
