Full Time Live-Out Nanny PA, Job ID J1BAFF

A lovely family based in Surrey is seeking a proactive, dedicated and loving Nanny to assist them in looking after their one-month-old baby. The role involves all general nanny duties, including feeding, changing and keeping the baby's areas clean and tidy.

The family would like someone who's able to travel and accompany them on their worldwide trips, 3-4 weeks per year. The ideal candidate will be very organised, intuitive and have a positive, can-do attitude, anticipating the needs of both the family and household.

A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties include:

• Maintaining consistent routines that support developmental milestones and well-being
• Supporting all aspects of infant care, including nappy changes, bottle preparations, feeding and changing
• Creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment

PA Duties include:

• Outlook calendar management - booking appointments and managing logistics
• Booking high-end, luxury travel itineraries for global destinations
• Overseeing household staff and liaising with service providers - managing email correspondence and household admin tasks.
