A family based in Kingston upon Thames, Greater London, is looking for an experienced, highly capable professional to fill one of two flexible options: either a Part-Time Live-Out Housekeeper or a Full-Time Live-Out Nanny Housekeeper to maintain their 3,500 sq. ft. residence (excluding the top floor) and support their young family (with a newborn and a 3-year-old).
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of private household experience, fluent English (with Russian speaking considered a bonus), and a comfortable, friendly demeanor around pets (as the family has a very friendly medium-sized dog, which will require occasional dog walking). Having a valid driver's licence is considered a bonus.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours & Options:
- Part-Time Option (Housekeeper): Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (totalling 25 hours per week). Focuses on comprehensive housekeeping and child-friendly household support.
- Full-Time Option (Nanny Housekeeper): Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, plus alternative Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 (totalling 48 hours per week). Combines professional housekeeping with dedicated sole-charge childcare routines.
Duties include:
- Housekeeping: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces; cleaning and sanitising bathrooms; maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing dishware, and operating the dishwasher; washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organising laundry, as well as making beds and changing linens across the 3,500 sq. ft. home.
- Cooking & Household Management: Preparing basic healthy meals for the family, managing weekly grocery shopping, and overseeing food rotation.
- Pet Care: Assisting with occasional dog walking for the family's friendly medium-sized dog.
- Childcare (Full-Time Role): Providing full support for a newborn and 3-year-old, including nappy changes, bottle preparation, bathing, hygiene maintenance, establishing structured daily routines, and engaging the toddler in interactive play, educational activities, and park outings.
The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible (ASAP).
