Full-Time Nanny-Housekeeper in London, Job ID J22864

A family based in Camden, London, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Full-Time, Live-Out Nanny Housekeeper to care for an infant and a preschooler. The older child attends full-time nursery within walking distance, and the mother returns to work in December 2026.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional childcare and housekeeping experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a willingness to travel worldwide with the family when required. A driving license is a welcome bonus.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Duties include:

• delivering comprehensive nannying duties, including nappy changes, bottle preparation, bathing, and maintaining hygiene for the children
• ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental growth of the children through interactive play, educational activities, park outings, and reading to encourage early literacy
• managing the preschooler's nursery runs and establishing consistent daily routines
• preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for the children, as well as cooking larger portions for the family
• maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the private residence, including routine floor care, vacuuming, and mopping
• handling kitchen maintenance, laundry, ironing, folding, bed-making, and dishwasher loading/unloading
• organizing and running occasional household errands

The family is looking for someone who can start on 21 September 2026.
