Full-time Nanny in London, Job ID J22377

A warm, experienced, and flexible Full-Time Nanny is needed by a lovely family in Greenwich, London to care for their 6-year-old son. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of nannying experience and previous SEN experience would be highly desirable, as the child has mild ASD. The role requires flexibility as the father travels frequently and proxy parenting will sometimes be required.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The schedule will vary and will be confirmed in advance. When the father is at home, 3 to 4 days of support will be required.

Duties include:

• providing all general nanny duties for the 6-year-old
• ensuring the child's safety, well-being, and development
• following the child's established routines and providing consistent support
• using appropriate SEN strategies to support the child's individual needs
• engaging the child in age-appropriate play and activities
• supporting the child's educational and developmental needs
• providing proxy parenting when required
• preparing nutritious meals tailored to the child
• keeping the child's bedroom and play areas tidy
• carrying out light, child-related housekeeping duties
• maintaining open communication with the family
• adapting to changes in the family's schedule when required
• travelling with the family worldwide when required

The family is looking for someone to start flexibly, depending on the right candidate.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
