Full-time Nanny role in Islington, London, Job ID J1945E

A wonderful family based in Islington, London is looking for a Full-time Nanny to assist them in looking after their baby due in April 2025 and a school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone warm, energetic and bubbly who has experience looking after newborn babies and takes initiative with all childcare duties. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. Someone pet-friendly is ideal since the family has a small dog at home.

Someone who could speak the Mandarin language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, approximately 55 hours per week

Duties include:

• Changing nappies & preparing bottles of milk for babies
• Washing and bathing children
• Responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care and development of the children
• Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
• Playing with the children and taking them to the park
• Reading to and playing with the children
• Helping with homework
• Implementing daily routines
