Full-time Nanny Share, Job ID J1CC81

A lovely family based in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, is looking for a full-time Nanny share to care for their toddler and baby. They would like someone flexible, experienced with young babies, happy to get involved and engage well with the children. The role involves all general nanny duties, with a strong focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their children. This role is a nanny share setup with a second family. A driver with their own car is required. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Initial start in August for one family, Monday to Thursday (8am - 5pm), which will then turn into a nanny share with a second family. From September, it will be Monday to Friday (hours to be confirmed).

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
• Bathing the children and ensuring their hygiene is properly maintained
• Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development at all times
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as trips to the park
• Promoting early literacy by reading books and encouraging language skills
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children’s structure and development
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
