German speaking Afterschool Nanny

German-speaking Afterschool Nanny is needed by a family in Hammersmith, London to help them in looking after their lovely toddler and three school-aged children. The family has another Nanny who mainly looks after the toddler. The working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. The family is also open to hiring an Au Pair.

The Afterschool Nanny must be experienced, caring and must be very responsible. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position. Someone who speaks German would be ideal to help the children engage using the language but they are also open for someone who speaks Brazilian, Portuguese or French.

The Nanny will responsible for all Nanny duties including

• assisting with bath time routine,
• dressing the children,
• feeding them,
• cleaning them up after every meal,
• taking them to playdates,
• preparing various age-appropriate activities,
• playing with them,
• helping the other children with homework,
• making sure they are always happy and safe,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners

Light housekeeping such as

• laundry and ironing after the children,
• cleaning up after the meals,
• maintaining the children's room and play areas tidy at all times,
