German-speaking Au-pair, Job ID J20320

A family in Stevenage is looking for a friendly, responsible, and German-speaking au pair to join them. Someone who speaks German is a must. The main care will be looking after the toddler, but experience with newborns is a must. Helping with dog is also a big bonus. A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Tuesday- Saturday: 10am- 6pm. Flexibility needed occasionally.

Accommodation: Own room with ensuite on the other side of the house.

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the child’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the child
• playing with the child
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy
• taking to doctor’s appointment and helping the child with bedtime routine
• organising the child’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
• making sure the child’s room is always clean

They are looking for someone to start on 1 October 2026.
