German speaking Nanny in Hammersmith

German-speaking Live Out Full Time Nanny sought to care for a lovely toddler in Hammersmith, London. The working hours for this job would ideally be full time from Monday to Friday. The family is looking for a flexible Nanny that has experience looking after young children. Flexibility will be required in terms of babysitting and some travelling might be needed over the holidays. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

A typical day would consist of

• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the little child,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after child’s meals,
• and reporting every activities and issue to the parents.

The Nanny will also be responsible for doing some light childcare housekeeping such as

• organising the child’s clothes,
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes,
• making sure the child’s room is always clean
• and doing occasional grocery shopping of the child’s supplies.

Someone who speaks German would be ideal to help the child learn the language at an early age. The family would like someone to start by December. Someone who can drive would be ideal but not a must.
