A Kensington-based family is hiring a Housekeeper to manage their property in a very clean and organised environment for 5 days per week. They require someone experienced in taking care of silks, cashmere, and other fine garments. Their newly refurbished modern home requires a gentle touch as there are many delicate surfaces and art objects that require specialist products and care. An ideal candidate should be open to using professional appliances such as a rotary iron for bedlinen and a steam cleaner for upholstery and floors and feel comfortable with using a range of specialist products. It would be a bonus if the housekeeper is willing to cook healthy meals for them. All general housekeeping duties will be expected in this job.
Someone pet-friendly is essential as they own a small dog that needs walking. This Kensington family is looking to hire by May.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10 am to 2:30 pm (with flexibility)
