Housekeeper, £500 to £653 gross per week

A Housekeeper, £500 to £653 gross per week is needed in Southampton, Hampshire to help them maintain the cleanliness of their property. The candidate will be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and who takes initiative in all general housekeeping tasks. It would also be ideal if the live-in housekeeper is comfortable working alongside another staff. A confident driver who has a full driving licence is an absolute requirement for this job.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 11 am then 3 pm to 7 pm, work every other weekend in full with two days off in the week, 50 hours a week.

Accommodation: Beautiful cottage

Duties include:

• loading the dishwasher/doing the dishes
• dusting furniture
• freshening the rooms
• doing the laundry and ironing of the family
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing floor
• preparing and cooking simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills
