Housekeeper-Cook for a family in Totteridge, London, live-in basis, Job ID J1B095RR

This lovely family based in Totteridge, London, is seeking a Live-in Housekeeper Cook to keep their home clean and well-maintained while preparing healthy meals for the family. All general housekeeping duties are required for this role. Although the family has a full-time nanny, occasional babysitting may be needed. The role also includes cooking simple, nutritious meals and providing general care for their very friendly dog.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10 to 11 hours per day

Accommodation: Own double bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness and overall upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and various surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and household linens
• Managing all laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and replacing bed linen as needed
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Cooking simple, healthy meals for the family
• Providing general care for the family’s friendly dog
