Housekeeper-Cook needed on a live-in basis, Job ID J1875F

A Kensington-based household is seeking a live-in housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of their property and cook for the family. The ideal candidate will be organised, hardworking, and take initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cooking and preparing healthy meals for the family.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm with 3 hours break, and Friday from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm, 50 hours per week.

Accommodation Own bedroom, bathroom, shower and kitchenette.

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals, following recipes
• maintaining a clean family home
• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs, and showers
• Deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

The family is looking for someone to hire in December 2024 or January 2025 and is happy to meet lovely candidates.
