Housekeeper for 20 hours per week

A Housekeeper for 20 hours per week is needed by this lovely family in Beckenham, London to assist them in managing their home to a high standard of cleanliness. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. The role may involve some babysitting when mum is away.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 4 to 5 hours per day ideally mornings for 20 hours per week

Duties include:

• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

A Housekeeper for 20 hours per week must be willing to start as soon as possible.
