Housekeeper for 5 days

A busy family in Barnet, London seeks a Housekeeper for 5 days to help maintain their property to a high standard and prepare meals for the family. They are looking for a warm, trustworthy and responsible candidate who is flexible to cook and prepare meals for the family and it would be a bonus if the candidate has basic knowledge of cooking South Asian cuisine. They have a child so a candidate is ideal to be child-friendly. Someone who could speak Hindi and Urdu languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates would also be considered.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 15 hours a week on a flexible schedule. (can be morning or afternoon)

Duties include:

• Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment.
• Vacuuming the carpets.
• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Sort, wash, load and unload laundry.
• Make up beds and change linens.
• Ironing and dry cleaning.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen.
• Cooking healthy meals.
