A fantastic family in Winchmore Hill, London seeks a Part-time Housekeeper to help maintain their property to a high standard and prepare meals for the family. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who can carry out all housekeeping duties. A key responsibility includes cooking for the family and preparing meals for the week, with a strong preference for candidates knowledgeable in Oriental and Western cuisine. Someone who could speak Cantonese, Chinese or Mandarin languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates will also be considered.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, approximately 20 hours per week

Duties include:

• ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
• performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
• washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
• managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
• making beds and replacing linens as needed
• cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
