Housekeeper in Muswell Hill, Job ID J229C9

A family based in Muswell Hill, North London, is looking for a reliable, proactive, and efficient Part-Time Evening Housekeeper to handle quick, end-of-day household resets. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, punctual, and comfortable working within a fast-paced 1-hour evening window. Living locally is a significant plus given the short shift length.

Note on Pets: The household includes a lovely dog who drools, so candidates should be comfortable around dogs and prepared to occasionally wipe up quick spills.

Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 19:00 to 20:00 (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM), totaling 4 hours per week. (Please note: No childcare duties are required for this role.)

Duties include:

• Kitchen Close-Down: Washing up after dinner, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and wiping down all worktops to leave the kitchen fresh and pristine for the morning
• Quick Downstairs Tidy: Gathering stray toys and clearing ground-floor clutter to reset the living spaces
• Kids' Bedroom Tidy: Performing a quick surface reset of two children's bedrooms, including making beds, straightening desks, and clearing floors
• Laundry: Folding clean clothes resting on the downstairs drying rack
