Housekeeper needed in part time capacity

A Housekeeper needed in a part-time capacity is needed in the Guildford area to help maintain their property. They seek someone child-friendly as they have two children but don't need some care. A candidate who is quiet, gentle, soft and nurturing and who can join their child going outdoors is ideal for this role. They have another staff so someone with confidence working alongside them is a must, taking initiative and making a routine in doing the housekeeping duties related to them. Someone who can drive is a big bonus due to the location but is not a deal-breaker. The family has two cats and dogs and dog walking would be required.

Working hours:

The working hours will be three days a week, either Monday to Wednesday or Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 24 hours a week.

The part-time housekeeper will be responsible for

• loading the dishwasher and doing the dishes
• dusting furniture
• freshening the rooms
• doing the laundry and ironing
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing floor
• preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills
