Housekeeper needed on a live-in basis

A Live-in Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in Mayfair, London to help them maintain the cleanliness of their property. The role involves working with a friendly team, including a houseman and another housekeeper, across multiple residences: a 4-bedroom apartment in London, a fully-staffed large house in LA, and seasonal homes in France during the summer and Switzerland during the winter. Exact dates for the seasonal stays are to be confirmed. The candidate must be dog-friendly although most dog care is handled by a dedicated dog carer, occasional assistance may be required.

Someone who can speak the Tagalog language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. They are also open to hiring Live-out candidates.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 45 hours per week (must be flexible and willing to adapt to occasional changes in days and hours)

Duties include:

• Maintain up-keep of furniture, art, china, collectibles, crystal and silver polishing
• Keep constant supply of household essentials (water, coffee etc) and cleaning materials
• Prepare for arrival of visitors and various needs when staying
• Assistance with luggage, packing and unpacking for journeys
• Shopping and ad hoc errands as required
• Maintenance when principals are not in residence
• Co-ordinating deliveries and maintenance visits
• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing
• Make up beds and change linens
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• General laundry and ironing including daily laundry, ironing and change of towels plus weekly change of bedding

The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and can wait for the right candidate.
