Housekeeper to work for 18 hours per week

This Surrey-based family is currently hiring a Housekeeper to work for them and help out with managing their home to a high standard of cleanliness for 18 hours per week. They ideally need someone child-friendly, soft, and nurturing as the older child is very sensitive and loves outdoor activities and nature. The housekeeper should be quiet, initiative, and not loud and too chatty. An ideal candidate can stay Saturday night if needed although live-out is preferred. All general housekeeping duties will be required.

Someone pet-friendly is essential as they have 2 cats and 2 dogs that need walking.

Working hours: Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 6 pm

Duties include:

• preparation of basic meals for the family
• maintaining a clean family home
• sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• make up the beds and change the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

This family from Surrey is looking for someone who can start by the 20th of May.
