Housekeeper to work part-time, Job ID J21D89

A London-based household is seeking an experienced part-time Housekeeper to help maintain their family home to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of housekeeping experience and will speak fluent English. A Tagalog speaker would be a bonus. Someone reliable, organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a large private household would be ideal for this role. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a 5-storey family home with 4 bedrooms. The family also has a dog, so someone comfortable around pets would be ideal. Cooking would be a bonus, but this is not essential. No travel or driving will be required for this role.

Working hours: Either 2 weekdays per week for 9 hours per day, or 4 weekdays per week for 4.5 hours per day. Around 18 to 20 hours per week.

Duties include:

• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and delicate surfaces
• cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and showers
• cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area
• keeping countertops, appliances, and surfaces hygienic
• making beds and changing household linens
• hand-washing delicate dishware
• loading and unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning interior and accessible exterior windows
• sweeping the patio
• caring for the artificial front terrace
• keeping the back garden tidy

The family is looking for someone who can start on 3 August 2026.
