Housekeeper to work part-time

A Part-time Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in East Chiltington, Lewes to assist them in maintaining the cleanliness of their property to a high standard. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The role will be working across two houses on the same property so someone flexible would be ideal.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday for 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule, ideally two or three days will be between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Duties include:

• maintaining a clean family home
• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• cleaning washbasins, bathtubs, and showers
• deep cleaning the kitchen
• washing clothes
• unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• ironing
• making up the beds and changing the linens
• washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• cleaning the windows and mirrors

They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
