A prominent and fast-paced family in Al Khobar is seeking a highly experienced Butler / House Manager / Head of Staff to ensure the seamless operation of their residence. As the family frequently hosts guests and extended family, the position requires a high level of hospitality expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing luxury residences for high-profile individuals, with proven relevant experience. Above all, the family values loyalty and trustworthiness.
While a comprehensive handover will be provided to explain the household’s specific standards, the successful hire must be proactive, a "smart thinker," and always one step ahead. A deep understanding of Middle Eastern culture, an eagerness to master guest protocols, and a commitment to learning the principals’ specific habits and preferences are essential for success in this position.
Working hours: 6 days a week, 12 hours per day
