International NANNY, €35,000 to €45,000 per year, Venice, Italy

An International Nanny is needed by a busy household based in Venice, Italy to provide childcare support to their charming school-aged child on a permanent basis. A qualified international nanny will get paid a salary of €35,000 to €45,000 per year. They seek a candidate who is dynamic, fun, outdoorsy, easygoing, and experienced. The family employs a cook and a housekeeper but the nanny might need to occasionally help with meals and laundry for the child. Someone who is comfortable and flexible to travel with the family is strongly considered since they frequently take long international trips. A driver is preferred but not a deal-breaker. Big preference for Italian speakers however English speakers would also be considered.

Someone who has a valid first aid qualification is essential.

Working hours: Alternate between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm

Accommodation: Separate accommodation

Duties include:

• helping the child with school homework
• creating a safe, fun, secure and loving environment
• ensuring that the personal needs of the child are met on the daily basis
• preparing the child for bed
• planning play dates
• creating a trusting, loving and happy environment for the whole family
• responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the child
• getting the child ready in the morning
• attending any appointments or social events with the child
