A warm, highly organized, and proactive Full-Time Live-In Nanny is required to join a lovely family currently based in a gated community in Puerto Rico. The family will be relocating back to the Washington D.C. area (Virginia) in July 2027. This is a shared-care role where teamwork is essential. The mother works but is around in the mornings and enjoys joining the nanny and children in the afternoons. Once the family relocates to Virginia, both children will attend mainstream school. The children understand Spanish but prefer speaking English, if the candidate speaks an additional language it would be wonderful. A nanny with an educational background or a strong interest in child development would be a fantastic fit! Background in early years education is a huge bonus. A driver is a must.
Key Responsibilities: Childcare & Engagement: Providing highly engaging, attentive care. No screens are allowed, and the nanny must be fully present (no personal phone use or wearing headphones while on duty). Educational Support: Encouraging developmental milestones and language skills (English, though a second language is a bonus).
A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Approx. 50 hours per week).
