A busy family based in Riyadh is seeking a professional, experienced, and proactive Nanny/PA to join their fully staffed household. The role will primarily focus on the family's four children. During term time, all of the children attend school full-time, so the role will mainly involve preparing for and managing the children's routines before and after school. During school holidays, the nanny will be responsible for their full-time care, planning engaging and educational activities while ensuring they are well looked after.
The family travels extensively throughout the year, often at short notice, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to accompany them on international trips. Their travel is predominantly to Europe and London, therefore, applicants must hold either a UK or EU passport to facilitate visa-free travel.
Alongside childcare responsibilities, the role will include PA duties, providing support to the mother with household organisation, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation, preparing detailed travel itineraries, and assisting with wardrobe organisation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with high-profile or fully staffed households and will be comfortable collaborating with other household staff, including security personnel. They should be an excellent communicator, a strong team player, highly organised, and confident using their own initiative. The family would be particularly interested in candidates with a medical or healthcare background, although this is not essential.
The position will initially be offered on a 3–4 month basis to ensure the role is a good fit for both the family and the nanny, with the intention of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours: 6 days - 12 hours a day
