International Nanny to start in January 2027, Job ID J2254C

A lovely family is relocating to Jersey, Channel Islands, and is seeking a full-time, live-out Nanny or Nanny Housekeeper to join their household from January 2027. The Nanny will care for their two children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, use their own initiative and be able to anticipate what needs to be done without always needing to be asked. The family would love someone who is enthusiastic about taking the girls out and about, attending activities and creating fun, engaging days filled with adventures and age-appropriate activities. Alongside the childcare, the role may include helping with the smooth running of the household. The family lives in a five-bedroom house and would particularly value someone who is naturally organised, takes pride in their work and is happy to take responsibility for helping keep the household running smoothly and efficiently. A driver is required as well as a valid first aid qualification.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 30-45 hours per week.

Accommodation: Private room and ensuite.

Duties include:

• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals
• reporting every activity and issue to the parents
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping for the children's supplies

The Jersey household needs International Nanny who can start by January 2027.
