A wonderful family in Hastings, East Sussex, is seeking a junior nanny to assist with caring for their charming toddler and school-aged child. The ideal candidate will be organised, hardworking, and proactive in handling all general nanny and housekeeping duties. Responsibilities include light housekeeping and preparing simple meals for the family. A driver is not required for this role.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday 8-9am & 3-5pm, Wednesday 6:30am-9am, 3pm- morning next day, Thursday 8-9am & 3-5pm and Friday 6:30am till 9am

Accommodation: Private bedroom on the ground floor - own toilet

Duties include:

• Dropping off and picking up the children from school
• Assisting with homework
• Engaging in after-school activities with the children
• Planning and preparing recreational activities
• Encouraging messy play and creative exploration
• Keeping the children’s environment clean and tidy
• Organising arts and crafts sessions -Taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• Feeding the children and supporting their bedtime routine

They are looking for someone who can start by mid-January.
