Live-in au pair in London, Job ID J223F0

A friendly and reliable Live-in Au Pair is needed by a family in Balham, London to support with their three children, aged 3 and 7 years old, with a baby due in October. The ideal candidate will be caring, flexible, and happy to assist with both childcare and light household duties.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7am to 9am. Three days per week from 4pm to 7pm, and two days per week from 12pm to 3pm. An additional hour of light housework with the mother and baby is also required. Approximately 30 hours per week.

Accommodation: Private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Duties include:

• helping with school and nursery runs when required, all within walking distance
• assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for the baby
• providing general childcare for the children
• ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and development
• supporting the children's daily routines
• engaging the children in age-appropriate activities and play
• helping with the baby when needed
• providing mothers' help and light housekeeping
• carrying out basic household upkeep
• preparing simple meals for the children
• helping with cooking and meal preparation when required
• assisting the family with general household tasks

The family travels worldwide and the au pair may be required to travel with them. A driver is not required.

The family is looking for someone to start between August and October 2026.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
