Live-in Housekeeper

This wonderful family in Kensington, London is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to help them maintain the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks and cooking gluten-free meals will be required. This lovely family need support with their 5-bedroom, 5-floor house. The property has an elevator which services all floors. Cooking is required. No particular cuisine but someone who is either willing to learn or can follow recipes is required. This role is open to couples. The other candidate will be expected to help with contractors, help with handyman duties and running general errands. This could be part-time or full-time.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week

Accommodation Own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with separate entrance.

Duties include:

• loading the dishwasher/doing the dishes
• dusting furniture
• freshening the rooms
• doing the laundry and ironing of the family
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing floor
• preparing and cooking simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• running some errands for the family such as doing grocery shopping for the family’s supplies and paying bills

A Live-in Housekeeper must be willing to start immediately.
