A lovely family based in Hampstead, London, is looking for a Full-time, Live-in Housekeeper Carer to maintain their property and provide day-to-day support to two elderly clients, both living with Parkinson's, with the gentleman also experiencing early-onset dementia. This is a varied role combining companionship and day-to-day care, full housekeeping responsibilities, and confident home cooking to ensure the clients remain comfortable, safe, and well looked after. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who takes pride in maintaining a warm, organised home while providing compassionate support tailored to the clients' individual needs.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 9:00pm, with regular breaks throughout the day.

Accommodation: A private bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Duties include:

• Maintain the apartment to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
• Complete all laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and putting clothes away.
• Change bed linen and towels regularly.
• Assist with mobility as required, ensuring the gentleman uses his walking aids safely and reducing the risk of falls.
• Oversee and monitor the clients' medication routine, ensuring medication is taken as prescribed.
• Monitor the clients' wellbeing, comfort, and safety throughout the day.
• Work collaboratively with the visiting carer (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and all day Saturdays and Sundays) to ensure continuity of care and a consistent routine.
