Live-In Housekeeper-Cook in Virginia Water, Surrey, Job ID J228A9

A family based in Virginia Water, Surrey (GU25), is looking for an experienced and proactive Full-Time, Live-In Housekeeper-Cook to manage their household and prepare meals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional private household experience, strong cooking skills for preparing healthy and nutritious meals, and comfort around pets (two cats to look after). A valid driver's licence covering both automatic and manual vehicles is required, as well as a willingness to travel worldwide with the family when needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 to 50 hours per week

Accommodation: Comfortable private annex space provided.

Duties include:

• ensuring the immaculate cleanliness, care, and upkeep of the private residence
• performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• cleaning and sanitizing all bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area
• washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• making beds and replacing linens as needed
• loading, unloading, and organizing dishware and the dishwasher
• planning meals in advance, following recipes, and cooking nutritious, healthy meals and snacks for the family, including packed lunches
• handling food shopping for all necessary household ingredients
• looking after the family's two cats
• accompanying the family on worldwide travel as required

The family is looking for someone who can start on 30 September 2026.
