Live-In Housekeeper in Clapham, Job ID J22781

A family based in Clapham, South West London, is looking for an experienced, dedicated Full-Time, Live-In Housekeeper to maintain their home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end private housekeeping, fine surface care, and experience preparing simple healthy meals with a focus on Indian cuisine.

Accommodation: Own private room, most likely with an en-suite bathroom.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, split between 08:00 to 14:30 and 18:00 to 20:00, plus Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, totaling 60 hours per week.

Duties include:

• carrying out comprehensive housekeeping duties, including ironing and laundry
• dusting and polishing surfaces, including specialised care for polished silverware and marble
• making beds and changing linens regularly
• sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the residence
• deep cleaning bathroom facilities and the kitchen
• loading and unloading the dishwasher and maintaining an exceptionally clean environment
• preparing simple healthy meals, with an emphasis on Indian cuisine

The family is looking for someone who can start on 28 September 2026.
