A lovely family in Southampton are looking for an energetic housekeeper to join them. The role will predominantly be focused on housekeeping duties. There is another full-time housekeeper and a part-time housekeeper who covers days off. All housekeeping duties are expected. A driver is required for this role. The family has pets, and they are looking for someone comfortable to do pet care.

Working hours: 5 days a week, Thursday to Monday, 10 hours per day

Accommodation: One bedroom Flat in the state

Duties include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness and general upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and various surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and household linens
• Managing all laundry duties, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and changing bed linen as required
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the family
• Providing general care for the family’s friendly pets

The family is seeking someone who can start on the 1st of October 2025.
