Live In International Nanny

A full time live in international nanny is required by this wonderful household in Abu Dhabi to provide nurturing care to their little toddler and a smart school aged child in a sole care role. The family has a housekeeper so there will be no heavy housekeeping involved. They are keen to find a fluent English speaker who has professional childcare experience. Someone who has a nursery/school teaching background would be advantageous for the position.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, around 8 to 10 hours per day

Accommodation: own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• preparing and administering healthy food for the little children
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals
• reporting every activity and issue to the parents
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping of the children’s supplies

A confident driver is essential to the role to assist with school runs. A valid first aid qualification is also a must. The nanny must be available to start as soon as possible.
