Live-in Nanny for a baby and a school-aged child

This lovely family based in Islington is looking for a warm, mature and experienced nanny to join their household. The nanny will mainly be helping with the baby during the day and only help with the school-aged child after school. General nanny duties but the mum will appreciate some guidance, very happy with a nanny who has children of her own. Light housekeeping (helping with groceries, laundry, tidying up), the family already has a cleaner so no deep cleaning is required. The nanny will have some time off during the day. A confident driver would be a bonus. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Tuesday 1 PM - 8 PM, Wednesday - Saturday 7 AM - 8 PM (with flexibility)

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• preparing healthy meals and snacks,
• washing and dressing them,
• helping with homework,
• doing after-school activities with the child,
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development,
• messy play with the children,
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children,
• taking them to parks and playgrounds,
• feeding the children and helping with the bedtime routine.

A qualified candidate must be available to join this London family as soon as possible.
