Live-in Nanny for a baby and a toddler

A family based in the Hampstead, London area is currently hiring a Spanish-speaking live in nanny to provide childcare support to their charming baby and toddler on a long-term basis. Someone with baby experience is preferred. The family is also looking for someone who is comfortable travelling since they regularly go on holidays and would like the nanny to go with them. A Spanish speaker is a must.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this live in nanny position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.30pm (less often) or 7.00am to 5.30pm.

Accommodation: Own double bedroom, bathroom shared occasionally with guests.

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the children,
• following morning and afternoon routines,
• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• helping the children with homework,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals,
• washing and ironing children’s clothes,
• and reporting every activity and issue to the parents.
