Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper in Virginia Water, Job ID J1C10BR

A lovely family based in Virginia Water, Surrey, is seeking a permanent, full-time, Live-in Nanny-housekeeper to help maintain a clean and organised home while caring for their four children, aged 3, 6, 9, and 12 years old. This role is well-suited for someone experienced and flexible, as working hours are likely to vary due to frequent travel. The family already have a full-time housekeeper, so the role will primarily revolve around childcare, supporting the mother. The ideal candidate will also be pet-friendly, as the family have a dog, and happy to assist with housekeeping duties while the children are at school. A Spanish-speaker is a great bonus. A driver is a must for this role, as well as someone happy to accompany the family on worldwide travels.

Working hours: 5 days per week, ideally Thursday - Monday, 8 AM - 8 PM

Accommodation: Staff flat with a separate entrance

Duties Include:

• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children, at home and for school
• Assisting with school pick-ups and drop-offs
• Organising fun and educational extracurricular activities
• Assisting with homework and school-related activities
• Organising and packing school bags and preparing school uniforms
• Taking care of grocery shopping
• Pet care - dog grooming and Vet (one full grooming and one wash per month)
• Wardrobe organisation and maintenance
• Packing and unpacking the children’s suitcases before and after travel
• Assisting with party preparations - helping with gift purchasing and wrapping
• Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays - catch up on laundry and ironing
• Weekends - tidying up the house but children remain the priority
• Organising fun weekend activities
• Dropping off and picking up dry cleaning
• Buying new uniforms and sports kits when needed
• Arranging the dentist and doctors' appointments when needed + medications and prescriptions.
• Organising lockers in the boot room
• Guesthouse maintenance

The family is looking for someone to start immediately, but are happy to wait for the right candidate.
