Live-in Nanny-Housekeeper, Job ID J1ECE5

A full-time live-in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed in Barnet, Hertfordshire, to assist the family in caring for their three school-aged children while taking charge of the household duties. Mum is very hands-on, looking for someone to provide a helping hand with caring for the children. The candidate will assist with morning and bedtime routine, some pick-up and drop-offs to school and activities, and maintain the home while the children are at school during the day. This role provides plenty of free time throughout the day for the candidate. The family has 1 cat, 2 budgies, 2 guinea pigs, but no care is required. A driver is required. A valid first aid qualification is required for this role.

Working hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-10AM and from 3PM-9PM. Flexibility required.

Accommodation: Separate floor with private bedroom and bathroom.

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• playing with the children
• attending various playdates
• helping with the bedtime routine
• doing the laundry and ironing
• dusting
• hoovering the carpets and floors
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean
• polishing the floor
• preparing simple yet healthy and delicious meals for the family
• cleaning up after meals
• changing bedsheets once a week
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family

The family is looking for someone to start on 1 January 2026.
